Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
